First of I am going to start from its naturally because everyone know vegetables are a natural food and everybody also knows a natural food is always good for health then other regular things. Because it naturally helps us to balance our proteins and fats and everything which a human need because its special thing made for human being and a great thing which make you happy after ready that it make us stronger and energetic  but if u diet it in balance. Its also very good for our health if we eat it unripe because Vegetables has lots of proteins and good thing which are helpful for our health if normal persons start using vegetables regularly with their daily food he/she ll never b week I m sure so try it and enjoy it.
