Running:
A normal person should run a day I think minimum 1 km  specially it should do at morning earlier of the day. If a person run more then 1 km a day first of all his body ll b worm up for further day timings and workings a specially after complete your running when u take bath you ll light like as paper. When you do this for 1 Month regularly I can bet you can’t stop it ever because you ll b addicted of a satisfaction and comfort for your body and specially it also help you to decrees your weight also. And remember one thing it ll keep you active whole day try it I am sure you ll enjoy it.
